Typographical and System Errors

In the event that a vvoof.ca. product is listed at an incorrect price or an order is received with incorrect pricing due to a system error, vvoof.ca. reserves the right to refuse or cancel such orders, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has been charged and the order is subsequently canceled, vvoof.ca. will issue a full refund.

Termination

These Terms and Conditions are effective upon your access to the site and/or completion of the registration or purchase process. vvoof.ca. reserves the right to terminate these Terms and Conditions or any part thereof at any time, without notice. In such cases, provisions related to intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and miscellaneous provisions will survive termination.

Miscellaneous

Any legal disputes regarding the site will be governed by applicable Canadian laws. You agree that the jurisdiction and venue for any legal proceeding arising from these Terms and Conditions will be in the courts located in the Province of British Columbia. Any claim you have must be initiated within one (1) year from the occurrence of the event that gave rise to the claim. Failure to enforce strict compliance with these Terms and Conditions does not waive any of vvoof.ca.’s rights. vvoof.ca. may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to any third party without notice to you.

Use of Site

Harassment, use of obscene language, or impersonation of others on the site, including vvoof.ca. employees, affiliates, or other users, is strictly prohibited. You may not upload, distribute, or publish any content on the site that is defamatory, obscene, illegal, or otherwise objectionable. Commercial solicitation or the use of the site to solicit users for other services is also prohibited. Violations of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Participation Disclaimer

vvoof.ca. does not review all communications or materials posted to the site by users, and thus, cannot be responsible for their content. By providing access to user-generated content, vvoof.ca. is acting as a passive conduit and does not undertake any obligation or liability regarding such content. vvoof.ca. reserves the right to block or remove any content that is deemed abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise unacceptable at its sole discretion.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless vvoof.ca., its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from any loss, expense, damage, or cost, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions or misuse of the website.

This site may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. vvoof.ca. does not control these sites, nor does it endorse or assume responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or data collection. You access these third-party websites at your own risk. If you have concerns about a specific link, vvoof.ca. welcomes your feedback.

Order Processing

  • Custom Orders: Processing time for custom-made orders is 1-14 business days.
  • Wholesale Orders: Processing time for wholesale orders is 2-5 business days.
  • These processing times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. We do not guarantee specific processing times.

Shipping

  • We currently ship within Canada using reputable carriers, including Canada Post, Purolator, Canpar, UPS, and FedEx."
  • All orders are shipped from British Columbia, Canada.
  • Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, and time of year.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be incurred upon delivery.
  • Once the package has left Canada we are no longer responsible for it.

Payment

  • All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
  • We accept payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
  • Orders will be processed upon receipt of full payment.

Wholesale Orders

  • Wholesale orders must be placed by emailing support@vvoof.ca with the subject line "Wholesale Order."
  • The email must include your business name, contact information (email, phone number, address), and desired order quantity.
  • Upon approval, you will receive an invoice via email.
  • Orders will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

Custom Orders and Terms of Service

  • Custom Order Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate specifications for your custom orders, including personalization details, design requests, and shipping information.
  • Custom Order Approval: We may provide a digital proof for your approval before production. It is your responsibility to review and approve the proof for accuracy.
  • Customer Interactions: Our customer service team is available to assist you with any questions or concerns. Please contact us at support@vvoof.ca
  • Issue Reporting: Any concerns or issues regarding your order must be reported to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns and Refunds for Custom Orders:
    • Due to the personalized nature of our custom dog tags, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.
    • We will accept returns or exchanges only if there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect engraving, defective product).
    • All returns and refunds are at the sole discretion of vvoof.ca.
  • Order Cancellation:
    • Orders can only be canceled before the customization process begins.
    • Once an order has entered the engraving or shipping process, it cannot be canceled.
  • Order Changes:
    • Requests to change an order must be made immediately after placing the order.
    • Changes can only be made if the order has not yet entered the customization or shipping process.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, vvoof.ca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or the purchase of our products.
  • In no event shall vvoof.ca's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vancouver,British Columbia.
