Where are you located?

Our head office is located in Vancouver, Canada, where all our products are designed and handmade.

Can I include non-english to be engraved on my pet tag?

Ofcourse, we can engrave many different types of characters not just english. Include your request in the text field Name/Back on product page for each tag or as a message at check-out.

I made a mistake in my order. What do I do?

No worries, it happens. If you need to change your engraving, size or shipping information contact vvoof as soon as possible and let us know. We'll update your order at no extra charge if it hasn't been made yet.

Do you ship internationally and how much does it cost?

No, we currently ship within Canada.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

We are unable to ship to PO boxes at this time.

I did not receive confirmation email, what happen to my order?

It is unlikely, order confirmation emails may be delayed or may accidentally end up in your junk or spam folder. If you received an order number at checkout, rest assured—your order has been successfully placed. We recommend you to save order number for your records. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us.

How can I find tracking number for my order?

Your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. If you are having trouble finding your tracking information, contact us and we will happily provide this for you.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, SHOP Pay and PayPal.

When will I be charged for my order?

You will be charged within 24 hours from the time you place your order.
