All orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian federal holidays.

• Standard Orders: Processing time is 1-2 business days.
• Custom-Made Items: Processing time is 1-5 business days.

Orders will be shipped via Canada Post, UPS, or ChitChat which typically has a 2-10 business day shipping process time, depending on destination.

There is an option to select expedited shipping at courier rate, for faster delivery.
