Returns & Refunds
In the event that the items received don't work for your fur friend, the policies outlined below will walk you through what to do next. Each tag is custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customizable items unless they arrive damaged or a defected.
Defected: If your items arrived defected, we will review it and process a refund once the issue is confirmed. Please submit a proof, order number and photos, at support@vvoof.ca within 30 days of your purchase.
Please reach out to us first so we can provide the return address. (Sending items back "return to sender" may lead to delays or extra handling fees — and we’d rather make things easy for you!)
Pet-related damage (chewing, ripping, soiling), using the item outside its recommended application, improper cleaning methods or wear and tear from regular use will not be considered defected.
Refunds: Refunds are typically processed within 1–2 days after we receive your returned item, and exchanges are completed within 3–6 business days during our normal studio hours.
All returns/exchanges of items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Customizable items should be unused and in its original condition, to qualify for a refund or exchange of the original purchase price.
For items bought with a coupon or discount code, refunds will reflect the amount you paid — not the item’s full price without the discount.
